AGM and President’s Letter
Since its formation in 1996 there has been a small committee overseeing the decisions about competitions, venues, financial decisions, including pricing and prizes, and general communications. The committee meets annually in November to review the previous year and decide on venues, trips, dates and prices for the following year. The HGS President then issues a President’s Letter to explain the plans for the next year.
